Planning, booking, and managing client's travel arrangements.Understanding client preferences, budget, travel goals, and any specific needs or concerns.Creating detailed and customized travel plans based on client preferences, including flights, accommodations, transportation and activities.

Work directly with the Owner and Operations TeamAnswering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound travel services and follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.Make quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers based on custom requestWork with operation team in Hotel booking, visa, insurance, transport bookings and other inclusion in the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner.Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers, resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
