Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively, are essential. Candidates should also possess good listening skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive customer interactions. A basic understanding of CRM systems, along with the ability to handle rejection with resilience, is expected. A degree in B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, or B.E will be advantageous.
