KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing operations and overall functioning of the branch. Responsible for meeting the branch business targets Ensuring that the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements and guidelines such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT),etc., at all times Ensuring cost management and cost control at the branch to ensure profitability Rendering Excellent Customer Service and ensure that their needs are understood and met through the various financial product offerings of the bank. Supervising key areas including new business development (retail and institutional), sales channel development, team development and revenue generation Ensuring that all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by the Senior Management. Ensuring that the entire staff is adequately trained on the products of the bank and sales Processes and engaged at all times. Responsible for dealing with internal/ external auditors and inspections & compliance.
