KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing operations and overall functioning of the branch.
- Responsible for meeting the branch business targets
- Ensuring that the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements and guidelines such as -Know Your Customer (KYC)-, -Anti Money Laundering (AML)-, -Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT)-,etc., at all times
- Ensuring cost management and cost control at the branch to ensure profitability
- Rendering Excellent Customer Service and ensure that their needs are understood and met through the various financial product offerings of the bank.
- Supervising key areas including new business development (retail and institutional), sales channel development, team development and revenue generation
- Ensuring that all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by the Senior Management.
- Ensuring that the entire staff is adequately trained on the products of the bank and sales Processes and engaged at all times.
- Responsible for dealing with internal/ external auditors and inspections & compliance.
