�� managing operations and overall functioning of the branch.
�� responsible for meeting the branch business targets
�� ensuring that the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements and guidelines such as ��know your customer (kyc)��, ��anti money laundering (aml)��, ��combating the financing of terrorism (cft)��,etc., at all times
�� ensuring cost management and cost control at the branch to ensure profitability
�� rendering excellent customer service and ensure that their needs are understood and met through the various financial product offerings of the bank.
�� supervising key areas including new business development (retail and institutional), sales channel development, team development and revenue generation
�� ensuring that all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by the senior management.
�� ensuring that the entire staff is adequately trained on the products of the bank and sales processes and engaged at all times.
�� responsible for dealing with internal/ external auditors and inspections & compliance.
