About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, performance-focused, and capable of generating quality leads while improving ROAS and reducing acquisition costs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.Optimize campaigns for Leads, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.Create and test different audiences, ad copies, creatives, and landing-page strategies.Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.Monitor daily advertising spend and ensure efficient budget utilization.Identify low-performing campaigns and take corrective actions.Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and developers for campaign requirements.Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve conversions.Stay updated with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising trends.Required Skills1-3 years of practical Performance Marketing experience.Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.Good understanding of lead-generation campaigns.Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.Understanding of landing-page optimization and conversion funnels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and advertising budgets.Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.Agency experience will be an added advantage.Key KPIsPerformance will primarily be measured on:Quality Leads GeneratedCost Per Lead (CPL)Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)Conversion RateReturn on Ad Spend (ROAS)Campaign profitabilityBudget utilization and optimizationLead quality improvementPreferred CandidateWe are looking for someone who is execution-focused and data-driven, not just familiar with the theoretical aspects of digital marketing.
