Handle social media for lead generation

- Meeting with Architects for and update them related our referral program and generate leads.- Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory- Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements- Generate new sales opportunities by networking and architects referrals- Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities- Maintain acceptable profit margins- Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients- Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided & Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community.- Master the construction sales process at their company & Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
