Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Sales Cold Telecallers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads through effective cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

* Clearly articulate information about Dcast Global and its services.

* Identify and qualify sales leads.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

* Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.

* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

* Proven experience in sales cold calling.

* Basic computer knowledge (., using CRM software, spreadsheets, email).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

* Highly motivated and target-driven.
