Steel industry)Qualification: Minimum graduation or MBA Skills Excellent communication skills in English (for international calls)(Verbal and written) Roles and Responsibilities:- Prospect new customers to grow & maintain a robust sales pipeline to support annual growth targets Establish relationships with new and existing customers to meet their requirements & to follow up & convert opportunities into profitable sales. Maintain extensive knowledge of current developments in the business market. Identifying all potential clients per commodity & region & developing comprehensive client knowledge & database. Analyzing data and reports to assess market trends and competitor activities in an overseas market and also preparation of BOM, PPTs & reports. Manage all communication via email and calls with clients/customers, and can properly handle the emails.

Selling the products and services to the clients of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantagesSearching for opportunities that enhance sales and benefit the clientsMaking the clients understand the various products and services by explaining to them about the same in their languageProviding outstanding and special services to the international clientsStanding in lieu of his/her nation and trying to impress the foreign clientsoverlooking negative clients and updating himself/herself with the latest technological developments and enhancements in that fieldUpholding the sales reports, records, and other important documents of the international clientsMaintaining the interactions with active foreign clients and identifying new clients as well as new business possibilitiesRequirementsStrong judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills, including multiple languagesThe ability to interact successfully across culturesNegotiation and persuasion skillsCritical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
