Position: Pre Sales Executive : Lead Engagement:Proactively connect with leads and potential customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels.Understand customer requirements, concerns, and expectations to identify potential clinic visitsRelationship Building:Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.Customer Queries:Address and resolve customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions or escalating issues when necessary.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings to provide accurate information.Target Achievement:Strategize and execute plans to meet daily and monthly targets for converting leads into clinic visits.Monitor and optimize conversion rates to maximize outcomes.Reporting and Analytics:Maintain daily records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.Prepare and submit detailed reports on engagement activities and target achievements to the management.Conduct Targeted Clinic Visits:Schedule and carry out on-site clinic visits for potential customers to enhance their understanding of our offerings.

We have an opening for Export documentation work . * Female Candidate with 2-3 years experience in the same profile . * CTC will be 240000/- p.a. (depending on the interview. )* Job Location : Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. * Job Profile : 1. Coordinate with the shipping line for DO collection.2. Prepare documents for D/O, PORT file & office file3. Coordinate with CFS for container status & CFS Charges.4. Timely arrangement of Vehicles & Containers for stuffing of Shipments5. Preparation of Pre shipment documents (Invoice, packing list, AWB) , post shipment documents6. Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments,7. Shipment status track with Ice-gate8. Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.9. DGFT and banking work.
