Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting products that meet their preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining the showrooms appearance and ensuring inventory levels are managed effectively.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.Sales Goals: Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jockey products, including their features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively address customer inquiries.Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times. Replenish stock and set up merchandise displays as needed.Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and stocking new merchandise and conducting regular stock checks.Transaction Processing: Handle sales transactions accurately, process returns or exchanges, and manage cash and payment systems with integrity.Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management to help improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
