Engage with customers to understand their scheduling preferences and service requirements. Utilize scheduling software and tools to book appointments accurately and efficiently. Handle rescheduling requests, cancellations, and any other appointment-related inquiries.Skills Required: Excellent English language skills (C1 & C2 Level). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal team members. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle unexpected scheduling issues. Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
