- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing
information and resolving issues in a prompt and friendly manner
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in
building and maintaining customer loyalty
- Efficiently schedule and confirm customer appointments based on service
availability and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to gather necessary
information for appointment scheduling
- Provide information about services, answer customer inquiries, and offer
assistance with any scheduling-related concerns.
- Strive to enhance the overall customer experience by meeting or exceeding
appointment scheduling expectations
- Gather feedback from customers and relay valuable insights to improve
scheduling processes
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers
- Engage with customers to understand their scheduling preferences and
service requirements.
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to book appointments accurately and
efficiently.
- Handle rescheduling requests, cancellations, and any other appointment related inquiries
Skills Required:
- Excellent English language skills (C1 & C2 Level)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal
team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle unexpected
scheduling issues.
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or appointment booking systems.
