This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in Email Marketing and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & OutreachIdentify and research potential leads using online tools, directories, and platforms.Execute outbound email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage prospects.Support LinkedIn marketing activities, including outreach, messaging, and profile optimization.Campaign Content CreationCreate visually appealing posts, banners, and creatives for email and LinkedIn campaigns using tools like Canva (or similar).Assist in developing marketing content such as emails, posts, and promotional materials.Marketing Operations SupportUpdate and maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.Monitor engagement metrics and share campaign insights.Documentation & Process SupportPrepare reports, maintain documentation, and follow internal processes.Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.Required SkillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal).Basic understanding of email marketing and LinkedIn outreach is an advantage.Ability to use Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing creatives.Good research skills and attention to detail.Eagerness to learn digital marketing tools and platforms (training will be provided).EligibilityAny graduate (MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BCA, BE, or related fields).Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in marketing support / lead generation.Passion for Email marketing and creative content development.;

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns. Investigate and analyze customer issues, identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Document common issues and solutions to contribute to the knowledge base.Qualification and skills Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle complex customer issues and find effective solutions.
