key responsibilities

lead generation & outreach

identify and research potential leads using online tools, directories, and platforms.

execute outbound email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage prospects.

support linkedin marketing activities, including outreach, messaging, and profile optimization.

campaign content creation

create visually appealing posts, banners, and creatives for email and linkedin campaigns using tools like canva (or similar).

assist in developing marketing content such as emails, posts, and promotional materials.

marketing operations support

update and maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.

collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

monitor engagement metrics and share campaign insights.

documentation & process support

prepare reports, maintain documentation, and follow internal processes.

ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

required skills

strong communication skills (written and verbal).

basic understanding of email marketing and linkedin outreach is an advantage.

ability to use canva or similar design tools for creating marketing creatives.

good research skills and attention to detail.
