Create and execute learning strategies and programs & training. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing,online training, etc.) Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most oflearning opportunities Help managers develop their team members through career pathing Track budgets and negotiate contracts Hire and oversee Training and L&D Specialists Organize meetings with management before preparing course materials to ensure adetailed understanding of training subjects and processes Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up todate on developments within the industry and competitors Collect information from senior management and other departments regarding howwell employees retain the information and use the concepts learned during thetraining courses Administer tests after the completion of training courses to determine theeffectiveness of training strategies Create printed and instructional materials to be distributed during training Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate trainingemployees Conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify subjects be addressedor areas in need of additional instruction Create internal marketing materials to be distributed throughout the company toannounce training programs and details

Should have worked as a trainer for at least 1 year in a Tele-calling environment (Working experience with Outbound process is preferable)Should have trained at least 10 training batches throughout the training careerShould have knowledge about Training throughput, attrition, TNI/TNA, refresher efficacies etc.Should have knowledge about training reports (i.e. Training dashboards, batch tracker, refresher tracker etc.)Should have experience in creating training contents on PowerPointShould be a graduate

Job Responsibility: Conducting, coordinating & anchoring induction and new hire functional trainings. Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the organization; identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the organizational level. Conceptualizing innovative and flexible methods to address the developmental and capacity building needs identified, including identification of external training programs and conferences, the design and delivery of in-house training sessions and other methods as appropriate. Tracking on job trainees & interns. Maintaining all the training related documentation work.
