We are urgently looking for aSr. Product Executive to be based at our head office in Mumbai .Job Description: - Market analysis and research for developing new products and launching new products.Work in the Field to evaluate effectiveness of Strategies and formulate new strategies and monitor and motivate field staff.- Training and development of Field Staff.- Creation of Artwork in conjunction with artist including conceptualizing, copywriting, designing of leave behinds, literatures, packing materials such labels/cartons, visual aids, etc.- Getting quotations, comparing the same, finalizing specifications, placing orders and follow up for delivery of promotional items including gifts.- Understand the basic requirements of artworks for packing material.- Develop motivational activities.- Sourcing of medicines and product related research for existing products.- Oversee systems in office for monitoring and improve sales performance of field and products.Candidate criteria- B.Pharm/B.Sc with minimum 3 years experience in Sales & marketing of pharmaceutical formulations out of which minimum one year should be in the field as an MR and other experience in Office in PMT function, responsible for multiple tasks including training & development of field staff.- Should have a strong command over written & verbal communication in English.- Should be well versed in Corel draw or willingness to learn it.- Should be a permanent resident from Mumbai & & have accommodation here.
