Job Description:We are hiring a dedicated and responsible candidate for a Physiotherapy Clinic to support therapists, manage patients, and coordinate clinic operations.Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist and coordinate with Physiotherapists/Therapists- Handle patient follow-ups (in-clinic & house visit patients)- Coordinate and support home visit schedules- Maintain basic clinic records and patient details- Attend and respond to patient calls and enquiries- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations- Good communication with patients and therapists- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independentlyRequired Skills:- Good communication skills (Tamil required; English preferred)- Patient-friendly and service-oriented attitude- Basic documentation and coordination skills- Willingness to handle follow-ups and calls beyond clinic hoursQualification:- Any qualification (Physiotherapy background preferred but not mandatory for freshers)

Obtaining referrals from existing customers based on the quality of service provided. Conduct market research, outreach, and lead generation activities to attract new customers and increase the customer base. Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payments, addressing any payment-related queries and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues. Work closely with vendors to confirm the accuracy of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deductions, ensuring compliance Work closely with internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
