Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and responsible candidate for a Physiotherapy Clinic to support therapists, manage patients, and coordinate clinic operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist and coordinate with Physiotherapists/Therapists

Handle patient follow-ups (in-clinic & house visit patients)

Coordinate and support home visit schedules

Maintain basic clinic records and patient details

Attend and respond to patient calls and enquiries

Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Good communication with patients and therapists

Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Tamil required; English preferred)

Patient-friendly and service-oriented attitude

Basic documentation and coordination skills

Willingness to handle follow-ups and calls beyond clinic hours

Qualification:

Any qualification (Physiotherapy background preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
