Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and responsible candidate for a Physiotherapy Clinic to support therapists, manage patients, and coordinate clinic operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist and coordinate with Physiotherapists/Therapists

- Handle patient follow-ups (in-clinic & house visit patients)

- Coordinate and support home visit schedules

- Maintain basic clinic records and patient details

- Attend and respond to patient calls and enquiries

- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations

- Good communication with patients and therapists

- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills (Tamil required; English preferred)

- Patient-friendly and service-oriented attitude

- Basic documentation and coordination skills

- Willingness to handle follow-ups and calls beyond clinic hours

Qualification:

- Any qualification (Physiotherapy background preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
