The role involves calling of prospective customers, handling administrative tasks, preparing sales reports, ensuring timely execution of orders and follow-ups on payments & basic accounting knowledgeKey Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sales team to achieve industrial sales targets. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Calling of prospective customers for setting up of appointments with seniors. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. Liaise with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) for smooth order execution. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and tenders. Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, and after-sales service. Basic accounting knowledgeSkills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in industrial sales coordination or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Knowledge of industrial products and sales processes preferred. Monthly salary is between 25000 to 30000 per month & candidates residing between Ghatkopar to Thane are preferred
