Voice Process Cold Calling Call Center Customer Management
Roles and Responsibilities:Handle Inbound Calls:Receive inbound calls from prospective and existing patients seeking appointments, account inquiries, or general information about our services.Provide Information:Answer patient queries regarding eye care services, treatments, surgeries, and any related issues.Appointment Scheduling:Schedule appointments for patients with doctors according to their preferences and needs.Appointment Reminders:Make reminder calls to patients about their scheduled appointments to ensure attendance and reduce no-shows.Data Management:Accurately maintain call logs, patient data, and appointment information as per company protocols.Technical Support:Assist patients with any technical issues related to online appointment bookings or website navigation.
