Conversion of Leads to Admissions: Handle leads from marketing campaigns via calls Explain course details, program benefits, and maximize conversions Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students Conduct telephonic/zoom sessions to counsel parents Record responses on CRM (NPF) Counsel walk-in inquiries and convert them into admissions Conduct physical/virtual center visits Assist students in filling application forms and payment processes Advise on various payment plans Ensure timely fee collection Update fee collection on ERP2. Handholding of Students through Training & Placement: Resolve student issues during training and placement Guide students to the concerned staff members Generate referrals from current students/alumni3.
