Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to fulfill customer requirements. Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and industry demand. Meet monthly sales targets and report daily progress to the Sales Manager. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage customer accounts effectively. Participate in local exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
