- Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times- Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards- Consulting prescriptions and patients- Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes- Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient- Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone- Selling OTC medicines and various offers - Managing of expiry medication- Billing process in computer software- Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank- Monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required- Conducting accurate weekly audit process - Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers
