- ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards

- consulting prescriptions and patients

- arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes

- recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient

- answering customer queries face to face or by phone

- selling otc medicines and various offers

- managing of expiry medication

- billing process in computer software

- handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank

- monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required

- conducting accurate weekly audit process

- establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers
