Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:1.Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.2.Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.3.Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.4.Identifying customer needs.5.Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.6.Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.7.Providing outstanding customer service.8.Updating customer information as required.9.Maintaining confidentiality of information.10.Performing other duties as the need arises

Responsibilities of candidates include: Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigationCandidate should have good communication.They should have their experience letter.Timing :- 9.30am - 6.30pmsalary :- 15k- 21k CTC
