Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Tele Consultant to join our team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinic or healthcare setup, with strong communication skills in Gujarati and English. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, providing information about our services, and nurturing leads through excellent customer service and CRM follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain clinic servicesHandle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls with professionalism and empathyMaintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM softwareUnderstand customer needs and provide appropriate service-related informationSchedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination between clients and clinic staffAchieve daily/weekly call and conversion targetsWork closely with the sales and operations team to enhance customer acquisitionProvide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvementRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer-facing environmentFluency in Gujarati and English is a mustExcellent verbal communication and active listening skillsExperience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsBasic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, data entry)Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approachAbility to handle pressure and meet sales targetsEligibility:Candidates residing in or near Ghatkopar, Mumbai preferred
