The candidates must know the participation of AMC tenders for IT Products.4. The candidates must be able to add new products/catalogue on GEM portal and must know how to upload invoice on GEM. Upload all documents carefully & freeze them as per tender eligibility criteria, documents required and other terms & conditions.5. Prepare technical bid & other documentation and financial bids in assistance with seniors.6. Good Knowledge of liaising with OEMs like HP, DELL, ACER, and other reputed OEMs. The candidate must know the process of deal with M/s HP like Compliance, IQ and other activities.7. Understanding of online and offline tendering and procurement procedures for various IT infrastructures, IT applications, AMCs, OEMs, etc.
