1. The candidates must have experience of at least 2-4 years of working in IT Companies on GeM Portal.2. Must have experience in Government E-MarketPlace, procurement & other tendering web portals, driving Sales and Services opportunities through Government e-MarketPlace (GeM) from Central & State Govt, PSUs3. The candidates must know the participation of AMC tenders for IT Products.4. The candidates must be able to add new products/catalogue on GEM portal and must know how to upload invoice on GEM. Upload all documents carefully & freeze them as per tender eligibility criteria, documents required and other terms & conditions.5. Prepare technical bid & other documentation and financial bids in assistance with seniors.6. Good Knowledge of liaising with OEMs like HP, DELL, ACER, and other reputed OEMs. The candidate must know the process of deal with M/s HP like Compliance, IQ and other activities.7. Understanding of online and offline tendering and procurement procedures for various IT infrastructures, IT applications, AMCs, OEMs, etc.

This role involves coordinating with various departments to gather information, preparing tender documents, and maintaining compliance with tender requirements. Prepare and compile tender documents.

2 Years+ experience in the field of Bid submission/proposal drafting and submission. Experience of successfully managing and co-ordinating multiple bids/PQQs Experience of co-ordination on high value Tenders Ability to format documents in word/ppt/xls etc Powerpoint presentation experience Ability to coordinate with technical team Strong analytical skills Ability to create and maintain good working relationships Previous demonstrable experience as a Bid Co- Ordinator/Assistant Bid Manager in a IT companyDuties & Responsibility: Bid and Proposal Submission.

Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree - Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunications /Industrial Engineering or adjacent fields preferred Minimum 5 years Pre-Sales experience in software industry especially in banking and CRM Experience in team management.
