Responsibilities
Consult and solve business problems for clients with an ability to acquire, absorb and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
Lead RFPs/RFQs and RFIs with the team and deliver quality RFx responses
Leadership skills to be able to collaborate with other Practice leads, Client Partners, Sales Experts
Manage OEMs/Consultants/Internal Solution Architects and bid for product solution of the Customer
Collaborate with Industry Heads to Justify and build the product Solution
Discover and Invent different ways of building a better Partnership, Vendor, Client Ecosystem for the Practice
Collaborate with Strategic Leadership team to design Partnership and collaboration opportunities with best suited companies
Lead Go to market with the relevant partner to drive Business Deals
Requirement gathering, process mapping, process consulting, Due Diligence with the client
Project planning & management
Centralization and Standardization of Processes
Skillset
Must have been working on GEM for atleast two years bidding for govt tenders.
Excellent reading capabilities
Good communication skills
Excellent in document management.
Should be able to read and relate RFPs fast.
