responsibilities
• consult and solve business problems for clients with an ability to acquire, absorb and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• lead rfps/rfqs and rfis with the team and deliver quality rfx responses
• leadership skills to be able to collaborate with other practice leads, client partners, sales experts
• manage oems/consultants/internal solution architects and bid for product solution of the customer
• collaborate with industry heads to justify and build the product solution
• discover and invent different ways of building a better partnership, vendor, client ecosystem for the practice
• collaborate with strategic leadership team to design partnership and collaboration opportunities with best suited companies
• lead go to market with the relevant partner to drive business deals
• requirement gathering, process mapping, process consulting, due diligence with the client
• project planning & management
• centralization and standardization of processes

• must have been working on gem for atleast two years bidding for govt tenders.
• excellent reading capabilities
• good communication skills
• excellent in document management.
• should be able to read and relate rfps fast.
