Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree - Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunications /Industrial

Engineering or adjacent fields preferred

Minimum 5 years Pre-Sales experience in software industry especially in banking and CRM

Experience in team management. Minimum 3-5 years previous experience as people manager is a strong asset

A communicative and highly motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

Resourceful and proactive, and driven for further success

Ability to follow instructions received orally or in written form

High attention to detail

Positive attitude working in a high pressure environment with challenging deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Decsription

Preparing technical and commercial proposals

Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers

Analysis the RFP (Request for Proposal) issued by Customer, with regards to all economical / financial aspects, and define the bid operational strategy taking into account the commercial strategy

Reporting in accordance with all applicable requirements and routines

Maintain thorough knowledge of the company, product, and industry through continuous education
