• bachelor’s degree / master’s degree - computer science / electrical engineering / electronics & telecommunications /industrial
engineering or adjacent fields preferred
• minimum 5 years pre-sales experience in software industry especially in banking and crm
• experience in team management. minimum 3-5 years previous experience as people manager is a strong asset
• a communicative and highly motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• resourceful and proactive, and driven for further success
• ability to follow instructions received orally or in written form
• high attention to detail
• positive attitude working in a high pressure environment with challenging deadlines
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in english

• preparing technical and commercial proposals
• building and maintaining relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
• analysis the rfp (request for proposal) issued by customer, with regards to all economical / financial aspects, and define the bid operational strategy taking into account the commercial strategy
• reporting in accordance with all applicable requirements and routines
• maintain thorough knowledge of the company, product, and industry through continuous education
