We are looking for 1 Back Office Assistant Post in Chandigarh with deep knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Internal Communication, Followups, Email Writing and Required Educational Qualification is : B.C.A, B.Com, B.Sc, Other Bachelor Degree

- Responsible for data entry and maintaining records: The back office assistant will be in charge of entering data into computer systems accurately and ensuring all records are up to date and organized.- Handling administrative tasks: This includes managing and filing paperwork, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and supporting the team with any necessary administrative tasks.- Assisting with inventory management: The back office assistant may be required to keep track of inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock records.- Providing support to colleagues: This role involves collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and assisting with any additional tasks as needed.Skills and Expectations:- Proficient in computer operations: The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills and be comfortable using business software applications for data entry and recordkeeping.- Strong attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial in maintaining records and entering data, so the back office assistant must have a keen eye for detail.- Good communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties is essential for this role.- Organizational skills: As the back office assistant will be responsible for maintaining records and managing administrative tasks, strong organizational skills are a must. - Ability to work independently: The candidate should be able to work efficiently on tasks with minimal supervision and manage their workload effectively.
