Preferred candidate profile 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech or Online Education. Proven experience in student counselling and admission conversion. Experience handling leads and converting them into applications/admissions. Strong knowledge of Online Education / Online Degree programs. Experience working with CRM and lead-management systems. Strong communication, counselling, negotiation and objection-handling skills. Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance-based KPIs. Candidates with a consistent track record of achieving admission/sales targets will be preferred.
