Karunasparsh Rehabilitation Centre provides support, counselling and rehabilitation services for individuals experiencing addiction and mental health difficulties. We aim to help individuals improve their well-being and work towards recovery in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct individual counselling sessions for patients.

- Provide emotional support and motivation throughout recovery.

- Assist with group counselling and rehabilitation activities.

- Communicate with patients' families when appropriate.

- Maintain patient counselling records and progress reports.

- Work collaboratively with doctors, psychologists and the rehabilitation team.

- Support relapse prevention and follow-up activities.

Requirements

- Qualification: MSW, MA Psychology or a relevant counselling qualification.

- Freshers may apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy and a responsible attitude.

- Willingness to work in a rehabilitation centre.
