Academic Counsellor - Full Time

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in their academic journeys at our Muzaffarnagar location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a relevant educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Advising: Provide personalized support to students, helping them identify suitable academic paths and courses based on their interests, strengths, and career goals.

- Course Planning: Assist students in creating effective academic plans that align with their long-term objectives, ensuring they understand the prerequisites and core requirements.

- Career Guidance: Offer insights into career options related to various programs, including job market trends and required skills to help students make informed decisions.

- Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops on academic skills, study techniques, and career readiness to enhance students' learning experiences.

- Progress Tracking: Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing necessary feedback and support to help them stay on track with their academic goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to connect effectively with students. A strong understanding of educational programs and career pathways is essential. Proficiency in problem-solving and counseling techniques is expected, along with the ability to work well in a team environment.
