Urgent Requirement For Academic Counsellor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This full-time position is based in Bhopal, India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Guidance: Provide one-on-one counseling to students to help them identify their academic goals and choose suitable courses.

2. Assessment: Evaluate students' skills and interests through various assessments and personal interviews, ensuring they receive personalized advice.

3. Information Dissemination: Share details about different educational programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities available to students.

4. Follow-up Support: Maintain regular contact with students to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support throughout their studies.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to create a supportive educational environment that addresses students' needs.

Required Skills:

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
