Should require to monitor enquiries, visits and conversions and give detailed reports to the respective head. Communicate with prospective students, parents and community through appointment, telephone, Email. Tele calling, Lead generation, Tracking and follow ups Responsible for target based admissions and fees collectionYou should have Good Communication skill, young and smart pleasing personality.

Catering to students need and interest for further studies thereby aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student goals through various channels such as telephonic / online or face to face career & admission counselling. Understand Student Psychology and motivate the students to take admission to progressive and professional degree level courses. Discussing career and educational goals with students so that they are clear on the concept of taking up the profession graduate level course Talk to their parents and decision makers regarding the financials, student loan, scholarship etc. Should possess a sales & marketing mentality while counselling students and should be able to close the deal where the interest of the students as well as college is taken into consideration.
