• Catering to student’s need and interest for further studies thereby aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student goals through various channels such as telephonic / online or face to face career & admission counselling.
• Understand Student Psychology and motivate the students to take admission to progressive and professional degree level courses.
• Discussing career and educational goals with students so that they are clear on the concept of taking up the profession graduate level course
• Talk to their parents and decision makers regarding the financials, student loan, scholarship etc.
• Should possess a sales & marketing mentality while counselling students and should be able to close the deal where the interest of the students as well as college is taken into consideration.
