The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, explaining course details, and helping them make informed decisions about their career path.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and provide guidance on available courses and career opportunities.Understand students needs and recommend suitable training programs.Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media.Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.Assist students throughout the admission process.Coordinate with trainers and the placement team for student progress.Conduct orientation sessions and provide continuous student support.Achieve admission targets and contribute to overall growth of the institute.Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good counselling and convincing ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.).Ability to handle multiple students and queries professionally.Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.QualificationsBachelors degree in any discipline (Psychology / Education preferred).Experience in counselling, education, or training industry is preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.Experience03 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or student support.
