we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telecaller to join our team. the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, capable of engaging with clients in the us market during us shift timings.
#### key responsibilities:
- make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the us to promote our it services and solutions.
- understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
- maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- document call details and maintain accurate records of interactions in the crm system.
- meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
- collaborate with team members and management to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- provide feedback on customer inquiries and suggestions for service improvements.
#### qualifications:
- previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- excellent verbal communication skills in english.
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- basic computer skills and familiarity with crm systems.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
