Telecaller || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Bagdogra, Darjeeling. This position is suitable for candidates with no experience as well as those with up to six years of experience. The job requires you to communicate effectively over the phone with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: You will call potential customers to introduce our services and gather information. It is important to maintain a friendly and professional tone during these calls.

- **Handle Inbound Queries**: You will answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions and providing appropriate solutions. Your ability to listen carefully will help in understanding their needs.

- **Maintain Records**: You will keep accurate and updated records of calls made and customer interactions. Good organization skills are essential for this task.

- **Follow-Up Calls**: You will follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision. Persistent but polite follow-up can help convert leads into customers.
