Tele caller job responsibilities include:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services- Handling inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries or complaints- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention- Keeping accurate records of all interactions with customers- Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targetsSkills required for a tele caller include:- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate the benefits of products or services to customers.
