Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high retention rates.
Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of the client.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, appointments, and customer feedback using CRM software (., Salesforce, Zoho).
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align messaging and improve product offerings based on client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 25 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C depending on the industry).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Resilience: A strong growth mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and trends to refine sales tactics.
