Minimum Educational Qualification

Mechanical Engineering / MBA
(Other engineering backgrounds may be considered for strong candidates)
Minimum Experience Requirement
ï¬
Minimum 2 Years of experience in the mechanical or electrical field
(Preferred: Sales of industrial equipment/machinery/components)
Role Overview
We are hiring three Sales Executives to support our expanding sales operations across Sucker Rods,
Process Equipment, and Triplex Pumps & Pumping Units. The candidate must be self-driven,
technically inclined, and capable of managing activities
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
ï¬
Identify and develop business opportunities across assigned product categories.
ï¬
Conduct direct sales, dealer coordination, and frequent client visits.
ï¬
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales orders.
2. Sales Coordination
ï¬
Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with engineering for proposals.
ï¬
Assist in preparing quotations, technical offers, and tender documents.
ï¬
Support vendor registration and tender submissions with major oil & gas companies.
3. Client Relationship Management
ï¬
Manage existing customer relationships and ensure repeat orders.
ï¬
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and post-order follow-ups.
ï¬
Maintain excellent communication with EPC contractors, OEMs, and end-users.
4. Reporting & Targets
ï¬
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
ï¬
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities.
ï¬
Provide market insights, competition mapping, and forecasts to management.
5. Representation
ï¬
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, technical seminars, and client meetings.
ï¬
Represent AEH professionally and promote the company€™s capabilities.
Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills
ï¬
Ability to understand mechanical/electrical product concepts
ï¬
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
ï¬
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
ï¬
Willingness to travel across India as required
