Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and hold a graduate degree.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and building strong relationships. This role involves presenting our products and services to clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will also track sales data and prepare reports to inform management of progress and trends.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Identifying Leads**: Research and identify potential clients through market analysis and networking efforts.

2. **Building Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and keeping in touch regularly.

3. **Presenting Products**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer inquiries.

4. **Closing Sales**: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients to improve our offerings and customer service.

Required skills and expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are necessary for reporting and documentation. A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales is highly valued.
