Job Summary:
Pertaining to this role, youd be a great fit, if you have been actively contributing in a local Australian or UK Telecoms Operation doing
phone sales or setting appointments. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving the companys sales efforts and will be responsible
for the initial contact with potential business clients over phone calls and personalized emails, building relationships and keeping them
engaged until they are ready to be handed over to our Technology Consultants for closing. The incumbent will be working closely with
both the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keep all your tasks always planned in your calendar 1 week ahead.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed the assigned appointment setup targets. The performance will be reviewed weekly to ensure
goals are met or corrective action is taken.
3. Exhibit exceptional Product Knowledge through self-study and thorough review of product and training manuals available on the
company's knowledge base- SharePoint. Quality of appointments, relevance of products pitched, and the ability to answer
prospect queries confidently will be assessed as indicators of product knowledge
4. Activity: Perform the required number of calls, presentations, and follow-ups as outlined in your weekly targets. Ensure daily
updates in the CRM to track progress accurately.
5. Lead Response Time- Respond promptly to all online lead inquiries, ensuring no lead goes unattended for more than 15 minutes
during working hours. Prioritize leads effectively to maximize conversion opportunities.
6. Effectively manage and demonstrate progress in building the pipeline, utilizing both assigned leads and self-prospecting efforts.
7. Actively participate in company-provided learning and development opportunities as required.
Exhibit proficiency in conducting thorough fact-finding based on pre-sales product Q&A document available in the company's
knowledge base-SharePoint.
9. Share best practices and challenges in weekly team meetings to contribute to collective improvement.
10. Exhibit strong time-management skills to balance high call volumes, research, and administrative tasks effectively. Adhere to
company policies and guidelines, including punctuality and professionalism.
11. Ensure that all interactions with leads reflect a deep understanding of their requirements, building trust and rapport. Go ab ove
and beyond to address lead concerns or objections, positioning V4One as a reliable and solution-driven partner.
Pre-requisites:
1. Minimum 12 months experience doing international phone sales or appointment setting.
2. Be able to demonstrate impeccable, top-notch English & communication skills
3. Excellent communication and coach skills in a fast-paced environment
4. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
5. Did well academically, can exhibit genuine passion for sales, technology, people.
