Client Interaction & Requirement GatheringInteract with IT clients (companies or hiring managers) to understand job requirements.Analyze technical job descriptions to identify key skills and qualifications.Build and maintain strong client relationships.2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent AcquisitionSource candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), referrals, campus drives, and social networks.Maintain and update a strong pipeline of IT professionals (developers, admins, analysts, etc.).Handle end-to-end recruitment process: screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and follow-up.3. Technical ScreeningConduct initial rounds of interviews or assessments to check:Technical skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Networking, etc.)Communication and cultural fitProject experience, certifications, and domain expertise4. Scheduling & CoordinationSchedule interviews with hiring teams or client managers.Act as a communication bridge between client and candidate during the hiring cycle.Follow up on interview feedback, offer rollout, and onboarding.
