key responsibilities:
prospecting and lead generation:
identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, 
referrals, and industry events. conduct market research to understand client needs, 
industry trends, and competitor offerings. create and maintain a robust pipeline of 
qualified leads.
client acquisition and sales:
present and demonstrate our range of digital marketing services to potential clients. 
understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific business 
objectives. prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. 
negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
relationship management:
build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and 
retention. act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or 
concerns promptly. regularly follow up with clients to assess their ongoing needs and 
upsell additional services as appropriate.
field work and outreach:
conduct regular field visits to meet with prospective clients and conduct sales meetings. 
utilize a company-provided bike for client visits and outreach activities. demonstrate 
professionalism and a positive brand image during all client interactions.
reporting and documentation:
maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress update to 
the sales manager. prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead 
conversion rates, and pipeline status.
