Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to ensure smooth operations at our Lakshadweep airport. This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience who have completed their 12th grade. You will play a vital role in supporting passengers and maintaining airport services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Greet passengers at check-in areas, help them with luggage, and provide information about flights, boarding procedures, and airport facilities.

2. **Check-In Operations**: Process passenger check-ins efficiently, issue boarding passes, and ensure all travel documents are collected and verified.

3. **Baggage Handling**: Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage from aircraft, ensuring safe handling and delivery to the correct destinations.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and airport regulations to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff.

5. **Communication**: Coordinate with the flight crew and other team members to ensure timely departures and solve any issues that may arise during operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly are essential.
