Job Description

As an Airport Ground Staff member in Ladakh, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for passengers. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a dynamic airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in procedures, provide boarding passes, and address any queries to enhance their travel experience.

3. **Check-in Operations**: Process passenger check-in at counters, verifying identification and travel documents while ensuring a speedy and efficient service.

4. **Customer Support**: Respond to passenger inquiries regarding flight information, delays, and airport facilities, providing clear and courteous communication at all times.

5. **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to safety and security regulations, ensuring all operational procedures are followed to maintain a secure airport environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential, along with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Timeliness and attention to detail are critical, as you will need to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring passenger satisfaction. The position is suitable for both experienced individuals and those new to the industry, with a maximum of six years of experience preferred.
