Perform quality control and quality assurance activities for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).* Conduct fresh concrete tests such as Slump Test, Temperature Check, Sampling, and Cube Casting.* Monitor compressive strength test results (7-day & 28-day).* Ensure proper batching and production as per approved mix designs.* Inspect and test raw materials including Cement, Sand, Aggregates, Water, and Admixtures.* Maintain QC reports, laboratory records, and test documentation.* Coordinate with the production and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.* Ensure compliance with relevant IS standards and company quality procedures
