As a Tele Caller, you will play an essential role in connecting with customers and promoting our products and services. This full-time position requires you to be proactive and articulate while handling calls in a friendly and professional manner. Patrolling: Regularly checking premises.Access Control: Verifying visitors, issuing passes, and controlling entry/exit of personnel and vehicles.Surveillance: Monitoring CCTV, alarms, and detecting suspicious activities or potential threats. Incident Response: Investigating incidents, responding to emergencies (fire, medical), and reporting to authorities. Reporting: Creating detailed logs and reports on daily activities, incidents, and security risks. Observation: Maintaining high mental alertness and attention to detail.
